We are a retail nursery with an online presence only, therefore stock is only available to be purchased online. We do not grow stock, we utilise a number of wholesale suppliers in order to obtain our stock.
Ordering with us
You must be over 18 to place an order. There is no minimum order. Delivery is free for orders over $80. If you decide to collect, you can do so from Mount Helena, the address will be provided to you once your order is ready for collection, along with further instructions.
It is up to you as the customer to choose plants that are right for your needs, position and soil types. We are committed to simplifying this process by providing as much information as possible for each plant. If you are still unsure of whether a plant will be suited to your needs, please seek advice before purchasing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If this is the case, a full refund will be provided.
We don’t apply discounts or specials to orders retrospectively.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the stock of any plants. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the stock listed on our website is current, there may be occasions where this isn’t the case.
There may be times when we are relying on information from our suppliers, and an order may be accepted through our website, although stock isn’t actually available. If this is the case you will be notified at the earliest convenience, with the option of a refund or a suggested alternative.
Many of the products we offer are seasonal due to plant growing cycles. We leave “out of stock’ items on the website in order for customers to view for garden planning purposes. We encourage customers to get in contact with us if you would like to be informed when certain products come back in stock/season.
New products will be added to our catalogue as the seasons roll around. In some cases, some stock may not be re-sold the following season.
Although we make every effort to keep the pricing of our products accurate, prices listed for any out of stock items are subject to change before coming back into stock.
We endeavour to display the correct price for available stock, although sometimes due to human error there may be inaccuracies. If this is the case we have the right to correct orders which have been submitted by either offering a full refund, or collect further payment to make up for the discrepancy prior to delivery.
Where possible the images used on our website will be shown as mature plants, this gives customers a representation of what the plant may look like fully grown in their environment. Some images may be of the plant at a younger stage and some of the plant in pots. Most stock supplied will be juvenile or possibly even dormant which will grow and blossom over time.
We strive to use images that accurately portray the plant either as a juvenile or adult, although due to natural variations this is not always possible.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered, an administration fee of $10 will be applied to cover the time spent processing the order. The remainder of the balance will then be refunded to you within 7 days.
Once orders have been delivered, they cannot be returned/refunded unless deemed defective soon after delivery as per our ‘Quality Guarantee’.
We guarantee the plants we supply are of high quality. All plants are inspected before and upon delivery. If you believe your plants did not arrive in good condition, please email us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
A refund will not be provided for change of mind once stock has been delivered, nor for plants that have not survived after being in the care of the customer.
We endeavour to have your order delivered within 1-6 days. If there are delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We deliver Monday – Sunday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, we are unable to specify set delivery times.
If you are not home when your delivery arrives the driver will still deliver your plants. Please advise of a secure location where we can leave your plants in delivery notes.
We deliver to most suburbs in the Perth Metro area.
If you live outside these areas, please enquire and we will try to accommodate you.
If you are ordering a gift for someone and wish for delivery on a certain date, please give ample notice and specify in delivery notes upon check out. We will do our best to have gifts delivered on the date required.
Please ensure that the correct delivery details are supplied, to ensure your order is delivered promptly and without any extra delivery charges.
Errors, Omissions & Availability
We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions on our website at any time including during processing orders. We believe stock to be available as displayed but sometimes discrepancies may occur.
We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale if unavailable or not suitable for sale.
