‘Baby Pete’ is one of Australia’s superior dwarf forms of Agapanthus. Famed for its compact nature and hardy performance, ‘Baby Pete’ is the perfect choice for low borders and edging. Throughout the warmer months, it puts on a bright show of bold blue flowers. If you are looking for the ideal low growing plant to row down the side of a path or driveway, then this is it!
Care
Once established, quite dry tolerant requiring only occasional deep watering during extended periods of heat. Easy to grow in most soil types which are well draining. Apply a slow release fertiliser in spring. No pruning generally required although removing spent flowering stems will encourage further flushes. CAUTION – Harmful if eaten/skin & eye irritant.
