Banksia menziesii Dwarf also known as ‘The Dwarf Firewood Banksia’ is a WA native and grows to a small shrub.
This attractive banksia has grey green serrated foliage and large flowers from February to October. The flowers are a deep red to pink in colour, but can also throw tones of yellow, orange and brown. These flowers make a great cut flower. Banksias will bring the nectar eating birds!
Care
Grows in full sun to light shade and is adaptable to most soil types, but requires good drainage. Coastal and drought tolerant. Water 2-3 times a week until established.
