A very versatile, delightful small shrub. It is naturally compact and bears masses of bell shaped pink flowers in winter to spring.
Correas are easy to grow and bird attracting. They are a lovely addition to a cottage garden, make a great informal hedge and can also be grown in containers or pots.
Care
Low water requirements once established. Tolerant of frost and a range of soil types. Can grow in a sunny to shaded position and will still flower. Tip prune to maintain bushiness and fertilise annually with a long term slow release fertiliser. Prune after flowering to encourage a more dense habit.
