Euonymus japonicus microphyllus aka ‘Tom Thumb’ is an attractive, small evergreen shrub. It is dense, fast growing and upright, making it the perfect choice for low hedging and border planting. A great alternative to box hedge that doesn’t require endless pruning to maintain their shape.
Care
Tom Thumb is an easy care plant. Place in full sun or part shade in moist well drained soil, prune lightly in spring and autumn, and apply a slow release fertiliser at the same time. Will grow to approx. 40cm x 40cm. For a hedge plant 25cm apart.
