Ricinocarpos tuberculatus, commonly known as the Wedding Bush, is a striking Western Australian native shrub admired for its dense cover of white, star-shaped flowers that appear in spring and early summer. The blooms almost hide the foliage when in full display, creating a soft, snow-like effect across the bush. Its fine, dark green leaves and naturally rounded shape give it an elegant yet hardy appearance, making it a standout in native and coastal gardens alike.
This long-lived shrub is perfect for feature planting, native borders, or mass displays where its spring floral show can really shine. It’s also well suited to sandy or coastal gardens thanks to its excellent wind and salt tolerance, and it attracts bees and other pollinators when in bloom.
