Care

Light: Thrives in full sun to part shade
Soil: Prefers very well-drained soils (sandy or rocky); avoid waterlogged or heavy clay soils
Climate: Tolerates heat, drought and coastal exposure; hardy to mild–moderate frost once established
Fertilising: Light application of a balanced slow-release fertiliser or compost in spring
Watering: Low water requirements once established; water sparingly and allow soil to dry between waterings
Pruning & Maintenance: Trim back after flowering or shape lightly to prevent woody legginess; remove dead stems to encourage fresh growth
