Hardenbergia comptoniana is a climbing plant with twining stems carrying leathery, dark green, trifoliate leaves. In Spring it bears a mass of pea-shaped, mauve to purplish blue flowers. Ideal flat ground cover, can be used to scramble over fences, garages & pergolas.

Care

Thrives in moist well drained soil in a sunny, open position. Tolerates short periods of drought but protect from heavy frost.
