Winter Lights, is grown for its narrow growth habit, and brilliant red new growth. During summer, Winter Lights will bloom fluffy white flowers, followed by small, edible berries. Winter Lights is ideal for hedging, screening and topiary and can be grown in containers.

Care

Plant in a warm area, protected from frost and well drained soil. Being native, this variety is well accustomed to Australia’s diverse climate and soil conditions and once established will tolerate coastal and drought conditions. Water well until established and during extended hot periods. Prune to shape to encourage dense growth habit. Syzygium Winter Lights can grow to a height of 5 metres and a width of 1.5 metres.
