A fast growing, attractive native, with a long decorative display of purple flowers in spring and summer. It is a dense, medium sized upright shrub with hairy foliage. Makes a great screening plant and informal hedge.

Very hardy once established and will tolerate dry periods. A striking addition to any garden.

Care

Plant in well drained soil in a sunny location. Prune after spring blooming to encourage new flowering growth. Feed in spring with a good quality native fertiliser.
